Our sincere condolences to the family. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, words alone cannot ease the pain of our loss. Take comfort in knowing Jehovah God will bring back to life those who have fallen asleep in death. We can also find hope from Jesus words at John 5:28, 29 “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” I hope this scripture bring comfort and calmness of heart to you during the difficult days ahead. I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family, it’s often difficult to understand why we have to lose our loved ones to death. Gods word the Bible gives us comfort during our most difficult times. 1PETER 5:7 says “ While you throw all your anxieties on him because he cares for you.”

Mrs Marlene was a key part in the 1960's popularity of Bluegrass Gospel Music as the wife and mother of the Conrad Hinson Family Band. Traveling thousands of miles over most of the eastern seaboard working festivals, Church Homecomings, Revivals, Founders Days, and live radio shows she brazed a trail for other females, not only as singers, but also musicians. She did all this while spreading the Good News, The Gospel of Jesus Christ with acoustic stringed instruments, in a bluegrass format. Mrs. Marlene made her mark on those folks that saw and heard her sing and play, and we all need to give thanks to our Lord for witnessing that. She also left a continuing legacy of what Conrad and her started though Derwin and Danny, and their families. So Marlene is now singing the tenor in Heaven and her family is continuing that work here. To GOD be the Glory!!!

Derwin and Danny and family, So very sorry to hear of your mother passing. I certainly know where she is, as anyone who ever met her would know because she was such a very special and precious one! Even though I know where my mom is as well as yours it still hurts to let them go so just know that you are all in my prayers and I pray Gods comfort and peace for you all as you face this time. With all my love Latechia
